Solutions Consultant – Italy

About the role

Contentsquare is looking for a Solutions Consultant to join its Southern Europe team, focusing on Italy. In this pre‑sales position you will act as a trusted advisor, helping prospective customers understand how the company’s digital experience analytics platform can improve their online journeys. You will combine data‑driven insights with strategic storytelling to demonstrate business value across web, mobile and app experiences.

Key responsibilities

• Design and deliver immersive, storytelling‑based product demonstrations for web, mobile and app environments.
• Lead discovery sessions and technical deep‑dives, using frameworks such as Command of the Message and MEDDPICC to uncover prospect pain points.
• Own and execute Proof‑of‑Value engagements that highlight business impact, insight delivery and time‑to‑value.
• Collaborate daily with Account Executives, Marketing, Product and Customer Success to ensure a seamless buying journey.
• Advise customers on digital experience strategies, including behavioral analytics, content optimisation and conversion insights.
• Leverage AI‑powered capabilities—behavioural anomaly detection, automated insights and session intelligence—to build outcome‑focused narratives.
• Engage technical stakeholders on architecture, SDK deployment and tag governance.

Required profile

• Strong passion for customer experience (CX) and data‑driven decision making.
• Excellent communication and storytelling skills to translate technical possibilities into business value.
• Experience in consultative selling or pre‑sales roles within digital analytics or similar SaaS environments.
