About the role

The Spa & Recreation Manager will lead the daily operations of the spa and wellness areas in West Sardinia, overseeing all guest‑facing services and ensuring a high‑quality experience for visitors and staff alike.

Key responsibilities

Supervise and coordinate all spa activities, including salon, skin‑care, massage, locker rooms and reception.
Assume Spa Director duties in their absence, managing budgets, payroll reports and financial statements.
Maintain inventory of supplies, equipment and uniforms within budget constraints.
Ensure cleanliness and proper maintenance of all spa facilities and equipment.
Deliver exceptional customer service, handle guest feedback, complaints and drive continuous improvement.
Conduct HR activities such as employee feedback, training, performance reviews and disciplinary procedures.
Promote a positive team environment through recognition programs and open communication.

Required profile

High school diploma or GED.
Minimum of 2 years experience in spa, guest services or a related hospitality field.
