Sports Cars Content Production Specialist

About the role

Ferrari is seeking a Sports Cars Content Production Specialist to join its Communication team in Maranello, Italy. The role is responsible for the end‑to‑end operational execution of photo and video content for sportscar programmes, ensuring alignment with the creative platform and communication objectives.

Key responsibilities

• Prepare content production briefings, gather requirements from internal stakeholders and align output for website, press releases, social media and other distribution channels.
• Coordinate shooting preparation with agencies and internal departments such as product, technical, logistics and events.
• Evaluate and select shooting locations, manage vehicle availability and arrange necessary technical support.
• Supervise production crews on set, ensuring adherence to creative guidelines and brand standards while providing on‑site direction and quality control.
• Oversee post‑production phases, validate deliverables, and deliver final launch assets to internal communication owners.
• Distribute finalized assets to market teams, review content proposals from markets and ensure alignment with the creative platform.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to guarantee content accuracy, approvals and procedural alignment, monitoring timelines and supporting smooth execution of launch activities.

Required profile

• University degree in Marketing, Communication, Economics or a related field.
• 3‑5 years of dedicated experience in content creation and production, preferably within automotive or high‑performance brand environments.
• Proven ability to manage end‑to‑end photo and video projects, coordinating with agencies and internal stakeholders.
