Store Manager - High Luxury Brand, Milan

About the role

A high-luxury brand is recruiting a Store Manager for its Milan store. The manager optimises overall sales performance, takes part in sales to reach quantitative and qualitative targets, represents the company and ensures corporate and store guidelines are implemented.

Key responsibilities

• Coach the team, identify development and training needs, and set individual and team goals while managing performance
• Motivate the team, foster cooperation and build a positive work environment
• Help the team build long-term client relationships using clienteling tools
• Create action plans to boost business through visual merchandising, clienteling, training and team animation
• Lead by example, support the team in their own sales and develop your own client portfolio
• Maximise business opportunities through efficient sales-floor management and visible presence
• Ensure policies are respected and support the team in daily operations

Required profile

• 7-8 years of experience in luxury retail as a manager
• Detail-oriented, with strong training, communication, leadership and relational skills
• Passion for the luxury environment
• Fluent English and Italian
