About the role

Wall Street English Italy is looking for a friendly and motivated Study Advisor/Receptionist to join its Verona centre. You will be the first point of contact for students, helping them feel welcomed and supported throughout their English learning journey.

Key responsibilities

Greet clients and students and create a warm learning environment.
Book classes, manage attendance records and follow up on student progress.
Contribute to the Service Department’s key performance indicators.
Promote good study habits and provide study advice.
Motivate students toward their learning objectives.
Give feedback on progress to encourage renewals and referrals.

Required profile

Excellent command of English.
Strong interpersonal skills – patient, responsible and empathetic.
Team‑oriented, dedicated and dynamic.
Inspiring and supportive attitude toward students.
Willingness to work a flexible schedule based on student needs.
Well presented; experience living in an English‑speaking country is a plus.
