Supply Planner

About the role

We are seeking a Supply Planner to join Thélios’ headquarters. The role ensures product availability by creating production plans, managing inventory and coordinating with cross‑functional teams to align demand, capacity and supply chain priorities.

Key responsibilities

• Build and maintain production plans based on demand forecasts, capacity and lead times.
• Monitor inventory levels, production data and material requirements to guarantee supply continuity.
• Track weekly performance reports and operational KPIs.
• Identify risks, constraints and improvement opportunities through data analysis.
• Coordinate with factories, demand planning, quality, procurement and logistics to align planning priorities.
• Achieve service level targets while optimizing inventory costs.
• Support planning readiness for new product launches.
• Drive continuous‑improvement initiatives across planning processes.

Required profile

• Minimum 2 years of experience in supply planning, production planning or supply‑chain operations.
• Degree in Supply Chain, Engineering, Business Administration or a related field.
• Strong analytical mindset and problem‑solving abilities.
• Effective communication and cross‑functional collaboration skills.

Required skills

• Proficiency with ERP or other planning tools.
• Advanced Excel skills.
