The Talent Acquisition Lead will head a recruiter pod in Italy for a fast‑growing global organization. This senior position blends people leadership with hands‑on recruiting, ensuring high‑quality hiring outcomes while scaling the function.

Key responsibilities

• Lead, coach, and develop a team of recruiters, setting clear priorities and performance goals.
• Execute complex and senior‑level searches personally while overseeing the pod’s overall delivery.
• Translate broader talent acquisition strategy into actionable plans for the team.
• Continuously improve sourcing, outreach, interview, and stakeholder communication processes.
• Monitor pipeline health, conduct regular one‑on‑ones, and address performance challenges in partnership with leadership.

Required profile

• 10+ years of experience in talent acquisition, recruitment, or executive search.
• Minimum 2 years of experience leading a recruiting team or pod.
• Proven ability to balance individual contributor workload with team management.
• Strong knowledge of the full hiring lifecycle, from sourcing strategy to candidate engagement.
