Talent Acquisition Partner – 1 Year Contract (German Market)

About the role

We are seeking a Talent Acquisition Partner to support our German‑speaking market on a one‑year contract. You will work closely with hiring managers and HR colleagues to attract top talent, improve the candidate experience, and drive recruitment initiatives.

Key responsibilities

• Manage end‑to‑end recruitment for multiple functions across the German‑speaking market.
• Advise hiring managers on market trends, talent availability, and recruitment strategies.
• Collaborate with local HR and business stakeholders to understand hiring needs and build proactive talent pipelines.
• Champion diversity, equity, and inclusion throughout the hiring process.
• Represent the company at external events and strengthen employer branding.

Required profile

• 3–5 years of experience in talent acquisition, preferably in an international or matrixed environment.
• Strong stakeholder management and influencing skills at all organizational levels.
• In‑depth knowledge of the German‑speaking labour market.
• Fluent in German and English (C1 level or native).
• Data‑driven mindset with a passion for people and results.
