Talent Acquisition Specialist

About the role

We are seeking a proactive Talent Acquisition Specialist to support global recruitment efforts for independent contractors, primarily linguists, across multiple regions. Based in Italy, you will work in an international environment, managing the full recruitment lifecycle from sourcing to onboarding.

Key responsibilities

• Source, attract and recruit independent contractors based on language and business needs.
• Develop and execute sourcing strategies to maintain a strong candidate pipeline.
• Conduct interviews, assess language skills and overall suitability.
• Manage the end‑to‑end recruitment process, including onboarding.
• Support high‑volume hiring while ensuring quality standards.
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders to understand staffing requirements.
• Conduct market research and nurture relationships with potential candidates.
• Track recruitment metrics and evaluate sourcing effectiveness.

Required profile

• 6 months to 1 year of experience in talent acquisition or recruitment.
• Strong written and verbal English proficiency.
• Proven ability to manage recruitment processes independently.
• Excellent communication and relationship‑building skills.
• Highly organized with strong time‑management abilities.
• Comfortable working autonomously and meeting deadlines.
• Flexibility to work across different time zones.
• Experience recruiting freelancers or international talent is a plus.
