Talent Acquisition Specialist

About the role

As a Talent Acquisition Specialist at DATA4, you will build and sustain a strong talent pipeline to support the company’s rapid growth across Europe. You will combine advanced sourcing techniques with excellent communication skills to attract both active and passive candidates for a variety of positions.

Key responsibilities

• Generate and maintain candidate pipelines for complex, hard‑to‑fill or high‑volume roles using market research, job boards, social media, networking events and referral programs.
• Establish and nurture relationships with potential candidates to create a talent pool for future openings.
• Maintain candidate databases and the Applicant Tracking System (ATS) with up‑to‑date information.
• Identify upcoming hiring needs, co‑develop sourcing strategies and proactively source potential hires.
• Track and report recruitment metrics to the HR team and hiring managers.
• Collaborate with hiring managers to define position requirements and conduct initial screenings.
• Present shortlists, coordinate interview schedules and ensure a smooth candidate experience.
• Guarantee compliance with company policies, local laws and regulations.
• Promote DATA4’s employer brand and stay informed on recruitment best practices.

Required profile

• Minimum 3 years of experience in sourcing or recruitment, either in a search firm or an in‑house recruiting team.
• Proven ability to source candidates for technical and non‑technical roles, preferably within the data‑center or technology sector.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
