Talent Manager – Italy, Spain & Portugal

About the role

The Talent Manager for Italy, Spain and Portugal will be based in Milan and will own the end‑to‑end performance and development agenda across the Southern Europe zone. Reporting to the Talent Management organization, you will partner with HR Business Partners and business leaders to build a high‑performing, future‑ready workforce.

Key responsibilities

• Lead the deployment of performance and development processes across Italy, Spain and Portugal, ensuring effective goal‑setting and development dialogues.
• Design, implement and follow up on training and development initiatives, from talent‑pool programs to individual development actions, measuring their impact.
• Collaborate with HR Business Partners to grow identified talent pools and senior management populations, delivering targeted mobility and leadership programs.
• Use HR analytics and data insights to track effectiveness, guide strategic decisions and drive continuous improvement.
• Contribute to cross‑functional projects that optimise processes, digitalise HR practices and strengthen organisational capabilities.
• Work closely with a global community of Talent Management professionals and HR Centres of Expertise to co‑create solutions and share best practices.

Required profile

• Minimum 5 years of experience in Talent Management or HR Operations within complex, multi‑stakeholder environments.
• Strong communicator and trusted partner, able to influence leaders across functions and levels.
• Fluent in English and Italian, with a customer‑centric mindset.
• Hands‑on operator who balances administrative reliability with strategic focus.
• Deep understanding of performance, development and capability frameworks.
• Experience working in hybrid and international settings, demonstrating cross‑cultural collaboration.
• Proven ability to simplify processes, drive adoption and improve user experience.
• Analytical, impact‑driven and skilled at turning data into actionable insights.
