Team Leader – Field Service Technicians (Biogas Sector)

About the role

We are looking for an experienced Team Leader to manage a group of 3–5 field service technicians operating biogas plants across Italy. The role blends hands‑on technical work with leadership, ensuring high‑quality service delivery and continuous improvement of our field operations.

Key responsibilities

• Lead, organise and develop a team of field service technicians, planning assignments based on resource availability and priorities.
• Perform maintenance, repair and installation of mechanical and electrical components on biogas plants, diagnosing and resolving faults promptly.
• Act as the primary technical contact for customers, providing on‑site and remote support, handling complaints and warranty cases.
• Monitor and optimise service processes, prepare reports and coordinate activities with internal departments.

Required profile

• Technical background in mechanical, electrical or industrial engineering.
• Proven field‑service experience, preferably in biogas or renewable‑energy projects.
• Leadership experience or strong potential to lead a small technical team.
• Excellent troubleshooting, problem‑solving and communication skills.
• Fluent in Italian and English; German is a plus.
