Team Leader – Outlet Store (The Mall, Leccio)

About the role

Diesel is opening a new outlet store in The Mall, Leccio and seeks a permanent Team Leader to drive an exceptional client experience and achieve sales targets. Reporting to Store Management, you will lead, coach and inspire the sales team while building lasting client relationships.

Key responsibilities

• Lead the store team to create memorable, hand‑crafted client experiences.
• Achieve commercial targets through effective team organization and product management.
• Analyse sales and stock data to optimise product rotation, replenishment and visual merchandising.
• Coach and provide feedback to ensure the highest standard of client service.
• Drive the in‑store digital experience and utilise digital tools for communication.
• Develop a client book, fostering repeat traffic and engagement.
