Technical Project Manager (Implementation)

About the role

Vusion is seeking a Technical Project Manager to lead the implementation of its retail IoT platform for customers across Italy and Eastern Europe. You will work closely with Sales, Product, and Customer Success teams to translate business needs into technical solutions and ensure successful deployments.

Key responsibilities

• Present Vusion solutions to leading retailers such as supermarkets, pharmacies, electronics stores and gas stations.
• Configure the platform to meet specific customer requirements and design appropriate technical solutions.
• Partner with Sales to gather business and technical requirements.
• Monitor project timelines, budgets and deliverables using shared tools.
• Coordinate implementation projects and guarantee successful roll‑outs.
• Troubleshoot integration, infrastructure and configuration issues.
• Lead cross‑functional teams during pre‑sales and deployment phases.
• Serve as the single point of contact for all operational, technical and upgrade requests.
• Support the team in creating upgrade templates and technical configurations.

Required profile

• Degree in Engineering, Telecommunications, IT, Software Engineering or a related technical field.
• Fluent in Italian and English.
• 2‑4 years of experience as a Solutions Engineer, Implementation Project Manager or in IT project management (network, infrastructure, etc.).
• Customer‑facing technical experience is a plus.
• Interest in retail, AI, computer vision or IoT industries.
