Training Coordinator

About the role

Maison Francis Kurkdjian, a luxury fragrance house, is seeking a Training Coordinator to design, deliver and evaluate training programs that support excellent customer service and drive market share growth. The role works closely with commercial, marketing and retail teams to ensure training aligns with HQ guidelines and local needs.

Key responsibilities

• Design, implement and track training programs in line with HQ guidelines, adapting them to specific retailer environments.
• Recommend and develop trainings that improve retail performance, covering both soft and hard skills.
• Adapt existing modules and create innovative delivery methods.
• Monitor competitor training trends and retail/consumer insights.
• Deliver training sessions, allocate resources, and manage masterclasses, internal events and canvassing initiatives.
• Collaborate with commercial and marketing teams to provide expertise programs and ongoing novelty training.
• Measure and monitor sell‑out team performance after training actions.

Required profile

• Strong presentation and communication abilities.
• Customer‑oriented mindset with focus on sales KPIs.
• Advanced understanding of training methods and proven delivery experience, preferably in cosmetics or retail.
• Personal affinity for the brand and its products.
• Agility to work in a complex, fast‑moving environment.
• Fluent in English; French is a plus.
• Willingness to travel frequently.
