Training Designer – Learning Solutions

About the role

The Training Designer will shape the organization’s learning landscape by creating innovative, high‑impact training solutions. This role blends instructional design expertise with project management to deliver engaging programs that support business goals and employee development.

Key responsibilities

• Design, develop, and update interactive training assets such as e‑learning modules, instructor‑led guides, quick reference materials, presentations, and blended learning solutions.
• Apply adult learning theory and instructional design models (ADDIE, SAM) to craft experiences for diverse, international audiences.
• Collaborate with subject‑matter experts to gather content, ensure accuracy, and embed diverse strategies like gamification, simulations, case studies, and experiential activities.
• Manage multiple training projects, creating timelines, allocating resources, and monitoring progress to meet quality standards.
• Develop evaluation frameworks, analyse feedback and performance data, and continuously improve learning solutions.
• Partner with HR business partners, department heads, and other stakeholders to align training initiatives with organizational objectives.

Required profile

• Academic background in Instructional Design, Adult Education, or a related field.
• 5‑8 years of progressive experience in instructional design, corporate training development, or senior L&D roles within complex organizations.
• Proven track record designing sophisticated learning solutions, including advanced e‑learning, blended learning, gamification, virtual learning, and live simulation.
• Experience delivering scalable, engaging online training and working with leading Learning Management Systems.
