Training Manager – Professional Cosmetics (Italy)

About the role

GdC Beauty Group is seeking a Training Manager for its Italian subsidiary in Udine. The role will shape and execute the national training strategy, ensuring high‑quality knowledge development and brand education across Italy.

Key responsibilities

• Define and lead the training strategy aligned with brand vision, positioning and business objectives in the Italian market.
• Supervise and coordinate Business Unit Trainers, ensuring alignment, consistency and high performance.
• Design, develop and implement the annual training plan and specific programs for launches, events and strategic initiatives.
• Create and adapt training content for face‑to‑face, digital and blended learning formats.
• Monitor and evaluate training plans within each Business Unit, using KPIs and feedback.
• Train and develop the local training team to guarantee homogeneous implementation across the territory.
• Identify training needs and propose improvement actions to increase efficiency and commercial impact.
• Collaborate closely with Sales and Marketing to ensure training supports product sell‑out and business growth.
• Report and track training activities and results.

Required profile

• Previous experience as a Training Manager, Senior Trainer or similar leadership role.
• Strong experience in designing and implementing training strategies and programs.
• Background in cosmetics, professional aesthetics or a related industry is highly valued.
• Leadership and team‑management capabilities.
• Strategic mindset combined with operational execution ability.
• Analytical skills with experience using KPIs to measure training impact.
• High level of English for interaction within an international environment.
• Availability to travel within the assigned territory.
