About the role
As a Travel Experience Designer Sales Agent at Club Med, you will join a passionate sales team dedicated to inspiring customers to discover life‑changing travel experiences. You will play a key role in driving direct sales, building lasting relationships, and crafting unforgettable holidays that reflect each client’s unique passions.
Key responsibilities
- Accelerate direct sales by acquiring, retaining, and engaging customers with tailored offers and complementary services.
- Identify and develop business opportunities such as partnerships and influencer referrals.
- Ensure compliance with operational standards and secure customer data opt‑in.
- Contribute to the evolution of sales processes for efficiency and fluidity.
- Provide premium, personalized service through in‑person, phone, or digital communication.
- Guide customers throughout their journey, acting as a trusted advisor and ensuring satisfaction.
- Design unique, tailor‑made trips that match customer expectations, from Alpine skiing to remote beach getaways.
- Promote Club Med’s top‑tier destinations and services with expertise and inspiration.
Required profile
- Minimum 3 years of proven sales experience with a record of meeting or exceeding targets.
- Experience working with high‑end customers and a premium attitude.
- Strong interest in travel, lifestyle, and hospitality sectors.
- Fluent in Italian (written and spoken); English or French is a plus.
- Resilient, proactive, customer‑oriented, and comfortable working in a team.
