Vehicle Cybersecurity Governance Internship

About the role

Ferrari is seeking a proactive intern to join its Vehicle Cybersecurity Governance team in Maranello, Italy. The role supports the definition and improvement of processes, analyses and tools that strengthen cybersecurity management, traceability and compliance throughout the vehicle lifecycle.

Key responsibilities

• Assist in defining governance processes for vehicle cybersecurity, software‑update audits and homologation across multiple markets.
• Support ISO standardisation activities related to vehicle engineering cybersecurity and software‑update topics.
• Collect, validate and trace supplier data, digital provenance, firmware and component analysis, and assess supply‑chain cyber risk.
• Help define data‑retention and regulatory‑analysis criteria to enable vulnerability investigation, reproducibility and auditability.

Required profile

• Recent Master graduate or current Master student (or final‑year undergraduate) in Science, Business or Engineering, eligible for an internship.
• Passion for automotive and innovative solutions, with at least one internship or project experience in the automotive or luxury sector.
• Analytical, target‑oriented and structured thinking with strong communication abilities.
• Fluent English and ability to work independently as well as within a team.

Required skills

• Proficient use of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
