Vice President, Trade & Working Capital Sales (Italy)

About the role

We are seeking a Vice President to lead Trade & Working Capital Sales in Italy, based in Milan. The role will manage a portfolio of large corporate clients, originating and structuring both traditional trade finance and sophisticated working‑capital solutions.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and maintain senior relationships with large corporates, engaging CFOs, treasurers and procurement leaders.
• Identify client financing, liquidity and supply‑chain needs and translate them into tailored commercial opportunities.
• Originate and execute traditional trade finance products such as guarantees, standby and documentary letters of credit, import/export financing, receivables and payables finance.
• Structure advanced working‑capital transactions including inventory, pre‑payment, distributor, structured receivables and supply‑chain finance solutions.
• Coordinate the design of bespoke solutions involving multiple internal stakeholders.

Required profile

• Proven senior client coverage experience within corporate banking or trade finance.
• Strong business development track record with large multinational or domestic corporates.
• Ability to lead strategic dialogues with C‑level executives.

Required skills

• In‑depth knowledge of trade finance products and structured working‑capital solutions.
• Expertise in client financing, liquidity optimisation and supply‑chain finance.
