About the role

The Coesia Young Professional Program (YPP) is a two‑year, structured development path for fresh graduates. Participants will join a global leader in industrial and packaging automation, working on real‑world projects from day one while receiving dedicated training and mentorship.

Key responsibilities

• Collaborate with peers on challenging projects that deliver tangible technology solutions.
• Engage in cross‑functional teams to develop and test automation, packaging, and digital printing technologies.

Required profile

• Master's degree completed between 2025‑2026.
• Fluency in English; additional language is a plus.
• Strong interpersonal skills and ability to build trust with colleagues and stakeholders.
• Natural aptitude for teamwork and excellent communication abilities.
• Personal drive, result‑orientation, and a passion for engineering.
