Account Manager – Beauty (TikTok Shop)

About the role

The Account Management team at TikTok Shop is responsible for onboarding and growing key beauty partners on the platform. Based in Milan, the Account Manager will help merchants unlock growth through TikTok’s social commerce ecosystem.

Key responsibilities

• Source and onboard strategic beauty merchants in Italy, providing business model recommendations, creator collaborations and education.
• Design and execute growth plans covering assortment, content, creators, pricing, logistics and campaigns.
• Own revenue and GMV targets, driving performance through data analysis, experimentation and iteration.
• Collaborate with Product, Operations, Marketing, Creator and Policy teams to improve merchant and user experience.
• Analyse beauty market trends and sub‑category performance to identify new opportunities for partners.
• Lead internal projects such as campaigns, product launches and B2B marketing to strengthen the overall beauty ecosystem.

Required profile

• Relevant experience in business development, account management, social media marketing or related fields.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills with a client‑facing orientation.
• Deep understanding of the beauty market, trends and creator ecosystem in Italy and preferably Europe, the UK or the US.
• Fluent in English and Italian.
