Account Manager – Italian Market (Regulated iGaming)

About the role

TechBiz Global is seeking an Account Manager to support its client’s operations in the Italian regulated iGaming market. You will act as a trusted partner for Italian operators, combining relationship management with deep market insight to drive commercial growth.

Key responsibilities

• Own and develop relationships with Italian licensed operators.
• Manage commercial performance and long‑term growth of assigned accounts.
• Analyze game performance, player behaviour and market trends in Italy.
• Support and optimise game launches, promotions and portfolio positioning within ADM regulations.
• Identify market opportunities and recommend local strategies to increase penetration.
• Serve as the key liaison between Italian partners and internal teams (Legal, Compliance, Product, BI).
• Ensure full alignment with Italian regulatory requirements while driving commercial outcomes.
• Prepare performance reports, insights and strategic recommendations.

Required profile

• 3+ years of experience in iGaming B2B, preferably within the regulated Italian market.
• Strong understanding of ADM regulation and its impact on game content and commercialisation.
• Proven experience in account management, market management or commercial strategy.
• Strong analytical skills and confidence working with performance data.
• Ability to combine relationship management with structured, strategic thinking.

Required skills

• Advanced Excel / Google Sheets.
• BI tools such as Power BI, Tableau or Looker.
• CRM platforms like Salesforce or HubSpot.
• Collaboration tools including Slack, Jira, Confluence or Notion.
