About the role
As an Account Manager for the Italy region, you will act as the trusted advisor for top restaurant partners, helping them grow their business on Glovo’s platform. Based in our Milan office, you will combine data‑driven insights with strategic consulting to boost partner performance and drive revenue.
Key responsibilities
- Build and maintain long‑term relationships with restaurant partners through proactive communication.
- Analyse performance data to identify growth opportunities and operational improvements.
- Design and execute promotions, marketing activations, and menu optimisations to increase revenue.
- Own the onboarding process in the app, from store setup to the first days of operation.
- Collaborate with internal teams (Marketing, Operations, Finance, Customer Service) to deliver customised solutions.
Required profile
- 2+ years of experience in high‑performance account management or business consultancy, preferably in FMCG, food‑hospitality, or on‑demand delivery.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Industrial Engineering or related field is a plus.
- Native‑level Italian and professional proficiency in English.
- Strong analytical mindset, organized, and able to manage multiple priorities.
Required skills
- Proficiency with Google Suite.
- Experience using Salesforce (or similar CRM) is a plus.
