Account Manager

About the role

Flexport is looking for an Account Manager to help clients unlock the value of our global trade platform. You will act as a trusted advisor, understand each client’s supply chain, and partner with them to drive growth, efficiency, and satisfaction.

Key responsibilities

• Build and deepen relationships with key business stakeholders to expand Flexport’s footprint.
• Monitor account health, identify upsell, cross‑sell and renewal opportunities, and drive revenue growth.
• Track client financial health, ensure timely payments, and report on financial performance.
• Lead client onboarding, define SOPs, and manage implementation timelines.
• Collaborate with Global Operations to meet client metrics, resolve escalations, and improve service delivery.
• Prepare and present quarterly strategy reviews, driving product adoption and aligning success criteria.
• Maintain accurate data in Salesforce to monitor book health and identify improvement opportunities.

Required profile

• 2‑4 years of experience in sales, account management, or a client‑facing role.
• Background in logistics, freight forwarding, or supply chain management.
