Account Manager

About the role

We are looking for an experienced Account Manager to manage assigned accounts and develop new business in our Milan office. You will build strong customer relationships, drive renewals, and identify upsell opportunities.

Key responsibilities

• Manage and nurture relationships with assigned accounts, conducting regular meetings and reviews.
• Lead contract renewals, negotiations, and execute upsell/cross‑sell opportunities.
• Identify and qualify new business prospects within designated territories and close new deals.
• Maintain accurate records in CRM systems such as Salesforce and HubSpot.

Required profile

• 3+ years of experience in account management, sales or business development, preferably in technology/SaaS.
• Fluent in English and Italian with strong communication and negotiation skills.
• Goal‑oriented, self‑motivated and comfortable in a fast‑paced, technology‑driven environment.

Required skills

• Proficiency with CRM platforms (Salesforce, HubSpot or similar).
• Strong business development, lead generation and contract management abilities.
