Account Manager – Senior Brand Specialist

About the role

AVS is seeking an Account Manager (internally called Senior Brand Specialist) to own and drive the strategic relationship with a portfolio of complex vendor accounts across multiple EU marketplaces. You will develop unified, customer‑centric business plans, manage annual Vendor Growth Plans and contribute to Joint Business Planning to shape three‑year strategic directions.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and own strategic Vendor Growth Plans and contribute to Joint Business Planning using data‑driven insights.
• Lead Pan‑EU supply‑chain strategy to reduce costs, eliminate defects and improve operational performance.
• Define and execute marketing and brand visibility strategies in partnership with Amazon Advertising.
• Drive selection expansion, product lifecycle management and new product launches to fill market gaps.
• Lead cross‑functional initiatives with Category Management, Supply Chain, Finance and Marketing teams.
• Mentor and coach junior team members, supporting their professional development.

Required profile

• Experience managing complex vendor accounts across multiple EU marketplaces.
• Strong analytical mindset with ability to translate performance insights into strategic priorities.
• Proven ability to lead cross‑functional projects and influence internal stakeholders.
• Excellent communication skills and a customer‑centric approach.
• Comfort with fast‑changing environments and emerging technologies.
