Account Manager – TikTok Shop (Milan)

About the role

Join TikTok Shop’s fast‑growing team in Milan as an Account Manager. You will be responsible for onboarding high‑potential merchants and driving their growth within TikTok’s social commerce ecosystem.

Key responsibilities

• Source, onboard and nurture strategic merchants across Italy.
• Design and execute growth plans covering assortment, content, creators, pricing, logistics and campaigns.
• Own revenue and GMV targets, using data, experimentation and iteration to improve performance.
• Build scalable playbooks, dashboards and workflows to increase partner productivity.
• Collaborate with Product, Operations, Marketing, Creator and Policy teams to enhance merchant and user experiences.
• Analyse market trends and category performance to uncover new opportunities.
• Lead internal projects such as category launches, merchant campaigns and B2B initiatives.

Required profile

• Proven ability to influence and build trust with merchants and internal stakeholders.
• Results‑driven with a strong commercial mindset and a record of meeting targets.
• Analytical and data‑oriented, turning insights into actionable plans.
• Comfortable thriving in ambiguous, fast‑changing environments.
• Fluent in Italian and English, able to work in a global, cross‑cultural team.
