Accountant – Multi-entity Finance & Reporting

About the role

We are looking for an experienced Accountant to join our fast‑moving finance team. You will work at the core of a multi‑entity business, handling month‑end close, financial statements, and integration of newly acquired companies while ensuring accuracy and scalability.

Key responsibilities

• Prepare and own financial statements under US GAAP, aligning with IFRS where required.
• Exercise judgment on revenue recognition, consolidation, and intercompany flows across multiple jurisdictions.
• Support the integration of acquired businesses, aligning accounting treatments, reporting structures, and closing processes.
• Design and reinforce internal controls to protect the quality of financial records.
• Assist internal and external auditors with documentation and explanations.
• Identify and implement process improvements and automation opportunities to reduce manual work.

• Ability to work in a fast‑paced environment with frequent acquisitions and restructurings.
