Accounting Specialist – Shared Service Center

About the role

We are looking for an Accounting Specialist to join our Shared Service Center in Trieste. The role supports multiple countries in a fast‑paced, international environment and focuses on delivering accurate, compliant accounting services while driving continuous improvement.

Key responsibilities

• Manage end‑to‑end accounting processes, ensuring accuracy, compliance and timely execution.
• Perform accounts payable and general ledger activities.
• Handle intercompany reconciliations and support monthly closing procedures.
• Apply standard operating procedures to maintain consistency and internal control.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional and international teams to support business operations.
• Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives within the Shared Service Center.

Required profile

• Degree in Accounting, Finance or related field, or several years of experience in an accounting department.
• Good knowledge of Excel.
• Strong command of English.
• Analytical mindset, attention to detail and strong problem‑solving skills.
• Proactive, enthusiastic and eager to learn in a dynamic international environment.
