AI Data Analyst

About the role

The AI Data Analyst will join the OneVision Dynamics 365 Customer Service team to drive the adoption of artificial intelligence capabilities within the Microsoft Dynamics 365 Customer Service platform. Working closely with product owners, business analysts, Microsoft engineering teams and business stakeholders, you will analyse large data sets, build AI solutions from proof‑of‑concept to production, and continuously enhance AI‑powered features to support digital transformation.

Key responsibilities

• Collaborate with product owners, business analysts and stakeholders to capture requirements and identify AI‑driven opportunities.
• Analyse large and complex datasets to extract actionable insights and support data‑driven decision making.
• Design, develop and implement AI functions, including machine‑learning models and large language models, within Dynamics 365.
• Lead proof‑of‑concept projects and manage the rollout of AI solutions into production environments.
• Monitor, evaluate and continuously improve AI‑powered features to enhance customer service processes.

Required profile

• Proven experience with machine‑learning models and large language models (LLMs).
• Strong analytical and problem‑solving abilities.
