AI Enablement Trainer – BFSI Solutions Lead
Neurons Lab · Rome
Job description
About the role
Neurons Lab is seeking a senior AI Enablement Trainer to lead an AI Adoption Programme for a US mutual‑fund administration firm. The programme is fully online, consisting of half‑day workshops delivered weekly over 6–12 weeks, focusing on Claude Enterprise, Claude Cowork and SharePoint‑based data flows.
Key responsibilities
- Adapt the agreed curriculum to real artefacts such as fee schedules, regulatory filings and board packs collected during assessment.
- Personally deliver online half‑day workshops to a mostly non‑technical audience.
- Design and run hands‑on exercises, building at least three Claude skills live per functional workshop using participants’ own documents and SharePoint data.
- Teach the “team extends” method so staff can decompose their own workflows into AI‑assisted skills after the workshop.
- Conduct 1.5‑hour office‑hours sessions one week and one month after each workshop and triage questions.
- Coordinate with the internal AI platform/governance engineer to ensure consistency of foundations, governance and functional content.
- Collect participant feedback after each session and adjust subsequent workshops accordingly.
- Escalate engineering‑grade opportunities to the account team.
Required profile
- Excellent live facilitation and presentation skills for non‑technical professionals; able to keep a 4‑hour online session highly engaging.
- Fluent English with experience presenting to US audiences.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in the BFSI sector, preferably in fund administration or asset‑management operations.
- Proven ability to decompose expert workflows (e.g., fee calculations, filing updates) and rebuild them as AI‑assisted processes.
- Strong understanding of AI limitations, failure modes and safe‑use practices in regulated environments.
Required skills
- Claude Enterprise and Claude Cowork platforms.
- Prompt engineering and agentic workflow design.
- SharePoint integration for data flows.
- Role‑based access control (RBAC) and data residency management.
- Read‑only access configuration and prompt‑injection mitigation.
- AI governance concepts for regulated firms.
