Android Software Engineer

About the role

Technogym is seeking a passionate Android Software Engineer to develop and maintain high‑quality mobile applications for its fitness and wellness ecosystem. You will work in a multifunctional team, contributing to the full product lifecycle from ideation to long‑term support.

Key responsibilities

• Design, develop, and ship Android applications using Kotlin and modern UI frameworks.
• Collaborate with backend and hardware teams to integrate services and equipment.
• Participate in code reviews, unit testing, and troubleshooting to ensure robust performance.
• Contribute to architectural decisions, applying MVVM and Clean Architecture principles.
• Support field testing, deployment, and post‑release maintenance.

Required profile

• 1‑2 years of professional experience in Android development.
• Strong enthusiasm for fitness, wellness, and digital innovation.
• Proactive, collaborative mindset with an agile‑team orientation.

Required skills

• Kotlin programming language.
• Android UI development with Compose and XML layouts.
• Experience with MVVM and Clean Architecture.
• Familiarity with Android Framework and Jetpack libraries.
• Unit testing and debugging skills.
• Exposure to AI coding tools such as GitHub.
