Architect/Designer – Cultural Heritage & Urban Design

About the role

We are seeking an experienced Architect/Designer to join our Planning and Engineering and Culture departments. The role involves delivering conceptual, preliminary and detailed designs for cultural heritage, urban planning and landscaping projects, both in our Rome headquarters and on short‑term assignments abroad.

Key responsibilities

• Develop architectural concepts, preliminary studies and detailed design documentation.
• Create 3D models, photorealistic renderings and technical drawings.
• Produce maps and spatial analyses using GIS tools.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams on conservation and urban design projects.
• Travel for short‑ to medium‑term missions (up to one month) in developing countries and the Gulf region.

Required profile

• Master’s degree in Architecture; specialization or PhD in Cultural Heritage Conservation, Landscape Design, or Urban Design is an asset.
• Minimum 5 years of professional experience in architecture, urban planning or urban design.
• Fluent Italian (mandatory) and fluent written and spoken English.
• Strong report‑writing and editing abilities.
