About the role
The Area Manager will oversee the performance of multiple centres within a defined geographic area, ensuring that commercial, operational and quality targets are achieved. This role combines leadership, strategic planning and continuous improvement to drive business success and deliver an excellent customer experience.
Key responsibilities
- Achieve commercial and operational objectives across all locations in the area.
- Analyse key performance indicators (KPIs) and recommend improvement actions.
- Lead, motivate and develop managers and their teams at each centre.
- Ensure a positive customer experience and high service quality.
- Coordinate new openings, operational changes or projects within the area.
- Monitor budgets, control costs and improve productivity.
- Maintain compliance with internal policies, procedures and employment regulations.
- Facilitate communication between centres and senior management.
- Identify opportunities for process optimisation and continuous improvement.
Required profile
- Proven experience in managing multiple sites or teams.
- Strong analytical mindset with the ability to interpret performance data.
- Excellent leadership and people‑development skills.
- Customer‑focused attitude with a commitment to service quality.
- Good organisational abilities to handle projects and new openings.
- Understanding of budget management and cost control.
