Area Manager – Multiple Regions (Emilia Romagna, Campania, Calabria, Sicily)

About the role

Sephora is looking for an experienced Area Manager to oversee multiple regions in Italy – Emilia Romagna, Campania, Calabria and Sicily. You will be responsible for driving sales, profitability and brand presence across a network of stores while ensuring compliance with corporate policies and safety standards.

Key responsibilities

• Achieve and exceed economic targets for the assigned geographical areas.
• Develop turnover and profit growth through effective commercial strategies.
• Ensure accurate flow of financial and operational information between headquarters and stores.
• Implement group policies on pricing, promotions and communications.
• Oversee health and safety compliance as the designated safety authority.
• Collaborate with HR Business Partners to supervise HR policies, career development and staffing.
• Analyse market and competitor activity to adapt national strategies to local needs.
• Manage relationships with training, brand partners and the training department to enhance employee expertise.
• Promote Sephora’s community on social media and represent the brand at external events.

Required profile

• 5‑7 years of experience as an Area Manager in a dynamic, international retail environment.
• Strong financial and analytical capabilities.
• Proven ability to deliver results in a fast‑paced setting.
• Advanced proficiency in Italian and English.
