Area Sales Manager – North Italy (Motorcycles)

About the role

TVS Motor Company is seeking an experienced Area Sales Manager to lead the Norton brand’s growth across North Italy. This remote position offers the chance to shape dealer networks, drive sales performance, and contribute to the expansion of a premium motorcycle brand.

Key responsibilities

• Build and maintain strong relationships with dealers and retail partners throughout the region.
• Identify and act on opportunities to improve network performance, standards, and customer experience.
• Assess network coverage and support partner onboarding, development, or optimization.
• Collaborate with marketing and after‑sales teams to drive network growth.
• Lead retail and wholesale performance for motorcycles, accessories, and commercial programmes.
• Partner with dealers to execute sales plans, launches, campaigns, and pipeline management.
• Monitor KPIs, demand, and stock levels, taking corrective actions as needed.
• Ensure dealer readiness for product launches through training, POS, and brand execution.
• Lead and develop Area Sales Managers to elevate regional performance.

Required profile

• 4–5 years of experience in the motorcycles industry.
• Strong knowledge of dealer network management and development.
• Ability to work independently with a high level of autonomy.
• Agile, flexible mindset and adaptability to change.
• Possession of driving licences A and B.
• Willingness to travel up to 80% of the time across the region.
