Assistant Store Manager – Paris

About the role

Camper is seeking an Assistant Store Manager to co‑lead one of its Paris locations. Working closely with the Store Manager, you will help deliver a seamless omnichannel experience, develop the team’s potential, and ensure efficient store operations.

Key responsibilities

• Manage customer experience across in‑store and online channels, building long‑term relationships.
• Co‑lead the team: participate in recruitment, train and coach staff, and lead by example.
• Support business results by analysing sales data, optimizing processes, and driving efficiency.
• Uphold Camper’s brand image and ESG principles, ensuring a premium presentation.
• Execute store operations in line with company policies, focusing on operational excellence.

Required profile

• Passionate about retail and omnichannel environments.
• Minimum 1 year of experience leading a team.
• Full‑time availability and flexibility.
• Customer‑centric mindset with strong omnichannel orientation.
• Team‑spirit, high energy, and strong communication and decision‑making skills.
• Fluent in French and English; additional languages are a plus.
