Assistant Store Manager – Retail (Paris)

About the role

We are seeking an Assistant Store Manager to co‑lead one of our Camper stores in Paris. Working closely with the Store Manager, you will help deliver a seamless brand experience across in‑store and omnichannel channels, develop the team’s potential, and ensure efficient store operations.

Key responsibilities

• Customer Experience Management – provide outstanding service and build long‑term relationships with omnichannel customers.
• Team Management – co‑lead the team, participate in recruitment, train and coach staff, and lead by example.
• Business Results & Efficiency – support the Store Manager in analysing performance and optimizing sales, service and growth.
• Brand Image – uphold Camper’s premium brand image and ESG principles in all customer interactions.
• Operational Excellence – execute store operations according to company policies and procedures.

Required profile

• Passionate about retail, both in‑store and omnichannel.
• Minimum 1 year of experience leading a team.
• Full‑time availability and flexibility.
• Strong customer‑centric and omnichannel orientation.
• Excellent communication, decision‑making and results‑driven mindset.
• Team‑spirit, energy and ability to promote curiosity, diversity and collaboration.
• Fluent in French and English; additional languages are a plus.
