About the role

ONLY is looking for a Sales Assistant to join its outlet store in Brennero. You will be part of a dynamic retail team, helping customers find the right products while contributing to the store’s overall performance.

Key responsibilities

Manage daily store operations, from visual merchandising to stock handling.
Welcome customers, provide advice, and inspire purchases.
Maintain the store’s presentation standards to ensure it stands out in the city.
Assist with inventory control and replenishment.

Required profile

Previous experience in assisted sales or retail.
Positive, determined attitude with a focus on results.
Enjoys frequent interaction with the public and works well in a team.
Ambitious and ready for a dynamic, ever‑changing work environment.
