Associate Counsel – Real Estate & Infrastructure

About the role

This Associate Counsel role supports the expansion of innovative real estate and infrastructure transactions across European markets. You will work in a fast‑paced, collaborative environment, providing legal guidance on commercial and corporate matters while helping shape the company’s growth strategy.

Key responsibilities

• Support strategic growth initiatives and oversee complex deal structures.
• Provide legal advice on commercial, corporate, and multi‑jurisdictional transactions.
• Collaborate with senior leadership, operational teams, and external counsel to facilitate transactions.
• Manage portfolio risk and ensure compliance across multiple jurisdictions.
• Assist in market development and the creation of scalable legal frameworks.
• Contribute to cross‑border transaction execution and strategic decision‑making.

Required profile

• Minimum 5 years of experience as a commercial real estate lawyer (law firm, in‑house, or mixed).
• Qualified to practice law in an EU member state.
• Residence and valid work authorization within the EU (preference for candidates based in Spain).
• Strong experience handling complex commercial transactions and multi‑jurisdictional matters.
• Familiarity with ground‑lease aggregation, renewable energy, wireless telecom, or infrastructure projects is an advantage.
• Excellent written and spoken English; additional European language highly valued.
