Associate, Industrial Practice

About the role

Spencer Stuart is looking for an Associate to join its Industrial Practice in Italy. The role supports senior‑level executive searches for CEOs and other C‑suite leaders across a range of industries, with a focus on building deep candidate slates and delivering high‑quality service to clients.

Key responsibilities

• Manage multiple search projects, coordinating timelines, deliverables and stakeholder communications.
• Conduct research, assessment and sourcing of senior executives, validating candidate fit.
• Develop and maintain diverse candidate pools, ensuring inclusive representation.
• Collaborate with consultants across geographies and with senior executives and board members.
• Produce written materials such as candidate briefs, market insights and client updates.
