Associate Tenders & Contracts Specialist (Temporary)

About the role

Join Stryker’s Tender and Contracts team on a temporary basis to manage the full tender lifecycle and support contract administration. You will work closely with legal, sales, finance and product teams to ensure compliant and efficient tender submissions and contract management.

Key responsibilities

• Identify, qualify, and register tender opportunities in Nexus, creating action plans, Gantt charts and RACI matrices.
• Coordinate multidisciplinary teams to develop commercial offers, obtain approvals according to the Delegation of Authority matrix, and communicate timelines and status updates.
• Support pricing specialists with price evaluations, competitor information, and tender outcome analysis (win/loss).
• Maintain the contract database, distribute draft and final contracts, track renewals, and ensure compliance visibility in Nexus.
• Continuously evaluate and improve tender processes, capture lessons learned, and update the regional COE content library.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Economics, Law or related field (preferred).
• 1‑3 years of experience in tenders and contracts management.
• Strong analytical and organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple stakeholders.
• Excellent communication skills in English; Italian language proficiency is a plus.
