Audit Supervisor – Supplier Compliance

About the role

The Audit Supervisor will lead and manage the supplier audit programme from our Buscate office, supporting the LV Duty of Vigilance strategy. The role involves planning audits, overseeing execution, and ensuring compliance with supply‑chain regulations while travelling frequently for business visits.

Key responsibilities

• Maintain up‑to‑date knowledge of relevant compliance standards, regulations and industry best practices.
• Develop and manage the annual supplier audit plan, prioritising audits based on risk assessments and keeping the supplier database accurate.
• Oversee audit execution, coordinating with external consultants and audit firms.
• Validate audit reports, analyse results against regulations and present findings to stakeholders.
• Monitor KPIs, prepare dashboards and provide regular updates to internal and external parties.
• Facilitate corrective‑action plans and ensure timely resolution of non‑conformities in collaboration with operations.
• Support the Supplier Compliance Manager in improving audit efficiency and the operational visits programme.
• Collaborate on enhancing control protocols for supply‑chain monitoring.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Engineering, Accounting or a related field.
• At least 5 years of experience in supplier auditing or similar compliance roles.
• Strong understanding of ethical sourcing, environmental regulations and labour standards.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal and leadership abilities.
• Fluency in Italian and English; French is a plus.
• Willingness to travel domestically and internationally as required.
