Automotive Coach & Consultant

About the role

MSX, a partner to vehicle manufacturers, retailers and mobility organisations for more than 30 years, is looking for a proactive and enthusiastic Automotive Coach & Consultant in Venice. The role monitors, supports and coaches the use of a new tool, giving operational and advisory support to the Sales area and related departments. It calls for a solid understanding of Customer Journey principles and Sales and Service processes, with the aim of improving Customer Experience (CE) performance across the network.

Key responsibilities

• Prepare standard and ad-hoc reports and analyses on Customer Experience metrics
• Draft and manage official communications to the sales and service network
• Create and deliver PowerPoint presentations on CE topics
• Support the CE department in designing incentive schemes
• Design, manage and deliver virtual coaching sessions (webinars) on CE
• Support the Sales and Service network in implementing new projects and tools
• Develop and deliver training modules for internal field staff and the network, including classroom-based soft skills training
• Conduct potential and gap analyses

Required profile

• Advanced knowledge of the automotive industry
• Proven experience with Dealer Management Systems (DMS) used in the automotive sector
• Minimum 2 years of experience in data analysis and reporting roles
• University degree
• Good command of English and Italian
• Ability to work independently, in groups and in cross-functional teams, with strong presentation and listening skills
• Willingness to travel across the entire national territory

Required skills

• Strong analytical skills to evaluate sales and service KPIs and turn them into improvement plans
• Excellent knowledge of Microsoft Office and Visual Analytics tools
• Database querying and analysis of complex datasets
