B1 Licensed Engineer – 737NG/MAX Maintenance

About the role

We are looking for a B1 Licensed Engineer with a current type rating on the Boeing 737NG/MAX to join our client’s maintenance team in Bergamo, Italy. The role involves performing line‑maintenance tasks on the 737 fleet in a fast‑paced, safety‑critical environment.

Key responsibilities

• Execute line‑maintenance checks, defect rectification and component replacements on 737NG and 737MAX aircraft.
• Ensure all work complies with regulatory standards and company procedures.
• Complete required documentation and maintenance records accurately and promptly.
• Collaborate with the maintenance crew to meet turnaround times and flight schedules.

Required profile

• B1 licence with a current type rating on the 737NG or 737MAX.
• Recent hands‑on experience performing line maintenance on the 737 family.
• Legal right to work in the EU.
• Ability to provide all relevant certificates and credentials.

Required skills

• B1 licence.
