About the role

We are seeking a bilingual tutor to help train AI language models. The successful candidate will converse with chat‑bots in both Italian and English, assess their performance and create new dialogue scenarios to improve their responses.

Key responsibilities

Engage AI chatbots in diverse and complex bilingual conversations.
Evaluate chatbot outputs for correctness, relevance and overall performance.
Write original conversation scripts to teach the models appropriate responses.

Required profile

Fluent in both English and Italian.
Detail‑oriented with expert‑level writing, editing and communication skills in both languages.
Current, in‑progress or completed Bachelor’s degree (preferred but not mandatory).
Resident of Italy and able to work independently as a contractor.
