Brand Ambassador – Luxury (Spanish & English)

About the role

We are looking for a bilingual Brand Ambassador to represent luxury brands for our Italian and international customers. Based in our Milan office, you will provide premium customer care in Spanish and English, supporting e‑commerce purchases and after‑sales enquiries.

Key responsibilities

• Handle customer interactions via phone, chat and email in Spanish and English.
• Assist shoppers with online purchases, order tracking and post‑sale issues.
• Deliver personalized service that reflects the values of luxury, fashion and lifestyle brands.
• Collaborate with the multicultural Odity team to ensure consistent brand experience.

Required profile

• Fluent in Spanish (B2‑C1) and English (C1‑C2).
• Passion for fashion, luxury and international brands.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Degree or relevant experience in e‑commerce, customer care, fashion or luxury.

Required skills

• Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications.
