Building Supervisor – 3rd Shift

About the role

We are looking for a Building Supervisor to lead the 3rd (night) shift at our Florence production site. The supervisor will ensure safe, efficient, and high‑quality manufacturing while meeting production targets.

Key responsibilities

• Enforce and improve safety, ergonomics, quality, productivity and 5S standards.
• Allocate labor according to fluctuating orders and set production priorities.
• Guide teams on attendance, conduct, and discipline policies.
• Oversee accurate record‑keeping of scrap, traceability, downtime, rejects and control‑plan checks.
• Handle non‑conforming material and promptly report issues that affect production.
• Develop alternative strategies to overcome obstacles and cooperate with other shifts to meet weekly goals.
• Ensure operators are trained and maintain training records and matrices.
• Conduct regular audits (quality, workstation, 5S, operator).

Required profile

• Four‑year degree.
• 1‑2 years supervisory experience preferred; at least 2 years in manufacturing/assembly.
• Ability to act as a management team member and coach associates.
• Strong problem‑solving skills and ability to develop alternative production strategies.
