Business Developer – Italian Market (AI & Automation)

About the role

CloudSeeds helps companies bring AI and automation into their daily work. It is looking for a business developer for the Italian market who opens conversations with Italian companies and works closely with Artur, who leads the account-based marketing (ABM) effort in Italy. The role is tied to that ABM effort.

Key responsibilities

• Build a list of 30–60 Italian companies together with Artur.
• Send LinkedIn invitations and hold first conversations with the people responsible for introducing AI in those companies.
• Book the first meetings together with Artur.
• Share a weekly review with numbers (invitations, replies, conversations, meetings).

Required profile

• At least 3 years of B2B sales of services or SaaS to companies with 50–500 employees, including LinkedIn outreach and use of a CRM.
• An understanding of AI and automation sufficient to talk to a COO or CTO; no developer background required.
• English and Italian.
• Based in Italy, or in Slovenia with Italian.
